On Site and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

Vivantio Service Desk was developed from day one to be delivered both on site and as a multi-tenant hosted service (also known as software-as-a-service or SaaS). The SaaS model has proven to be extremely popular with about 80% of our customers choosing the subscription service, but the very same system is available for on site install if required.

The on site option is purchased under a traditional licence model comprising a one-off licence fee, an installation charge and an annual fee for support and updates.

For the SaaS option customers pay an all inclusive ongoing subscription fee. Upgrades and support are included.
