IMPORTANT:
Please ensure you have selected the correct Category for the Call.
Please include the exact Athene Release and Patch Level in the call details.
Please include the exact Windows OS and SP build of the Athene Server.
To 'View' Articles published in the Knowledge base:
Type in a Key Word in the 'Search' Box and any Article containing that Key Word will be shown.
eg. Type in 'SQL' should reveal all Articles related to SQL.
Please note there is a filesize limitation of 1MB when uploading Supporting Diagnostic information using SelfService.
If the file/s you intend to send Metron are >1Mb, please contact action@metron.co.uk for the FTP Site information.
